Life shapes us — through joy, through hardship, and through everything in between. But we are not defined by our past. We are defined by how we meet it, honour it, and make sense of it, discovering the inner strength to heal and grow.

Whether you’re facing anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, or stress, or simply a deep longing for something more, I’m here to walk beside you and support your healing and growth.
I offer counselling and therapy in Twickenham and Richmond, as well as secure online therapy for those who prefer working from home. Many people come to me for anxiety counselling, couples therapy, or bereavement support, but you don’t need a specific label to begin. Whatever brings you here matters.

I am a UKCP-registered trainee psychotherapist, in my fourth year of an MSc at Metanoia Institute in London. I am training in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy, a modality that helps us understand and unravel current difficulties by examining the past. In other words, to see where we are going, we need to look at where we come from.
